We finished tracking the album! We started mixing the album and it is coming along great!
Nik was in the studio last night laying down crushing solos for our next album Curse of the Mummy! We are almost at the mixing stage and it is getting very exciting!

I finished all the drum tracks for our next album Curse of the Mummy this last Thursday! It was an amazing experience tracking with Glenn! We are now almost completely finished with the main recording of the album. 2 songs remain for Nik to record his rhythm guitar parts for. Then a few solos and Vocals and we are done! The drums on this record have been quite the challenge! I really enjoyed this studio experience and I am very pleased with the outcome! I hope you all will be just as happy with the album as I am!

Masquerade of Shadows has decided to start over on the album Wolfman to incorporate me - their new bass player Glenn Jager and to have a new mix! The band wasn't 100% satisfied with the previous recording finals and mix and we feel our fans deserve the best possible album! New release date slated for early 2012.
Curse of the Mummy is in the final stages of tracking!!! One song to go!! This album will be out hopefully between October - December 2011!

Glenn,Alexander and Cyrus put down guitars, bass, and drums for another song for the "Curse of the Mummy" album. The track is called Into the Desert. Illness and scheduling conflicts have kept Nik out of the studio for a few of the sessions but he will be back with a vengeance and lay down some mean guitar work. Thanks to all MOS fans out there!

Glenn Jager here, reporting in from Shadow Veil Studios. We have been in the studio for a little over a month now and are working on our new album titled, "Curse of the Mummy" It's my first full length studio album with MoS and I am very happy to be here. We have 6 tracks so far with drums, bass, rythum guitars, some lead guitars and orchestra already done. We have been without Nik for a few weeks due to illness, but he is back and as brilliant as ever. Cyrus has been tirelessly working on the mix, as well as his guitar tracks. Tyrus is composing some of his best work to date. The stuff Alexander is doing on drums is nothing like I have ever heard. I swear the man isnt human. The band has been hard at work on the song As Darkness Descends from the upcoming album Curse of the Mummy. All that is left on this song is a presolo guitar shred section and then its off to the next track! Glenn is working out fantastic! His bass playing adds a very cool feel to the band.

Nik and Cyrus were hard at work in the studio Thursday evening finishing up some additional recording for a track on the upcoming Wolfman Album. The track is called Silver Bullet and features a few ripping solos by Nik, Cyrus, and Tyrus. Two more songs need to have some tweeking and then it will off for mixing and mastering.
